- Built a React Native in-app support portal from scratch across 3 mobile apps (Kraken, Kraken Pro, Krak) with tier-aware contact options, VIP escalation, and live queue visibility. Owned end to end: frontend, backend integration, and rollout.
- Cut visual regression test runtime from 12 min to under a minute by building Playwright VRT infrastructure from scratch. Coverage tripled across the component library.
- Built the Figma-to-code design token pipeline powering theming across multiple brands (light/dark variants). Teams went from days of manual work per brand to automated updates.
- Set up Segment event tracking across web and 3 React Native apps. Used the data to measure feature adoption and retention across the platform.
